Michelle was good to deal with. The order process was easy. I chose sea shipping, and this took forever, but you are warned about that beforehand. Michelle answered all of my questions that I had and was good to work with. I ordered extra lids which is what this review is on, some of the lids are very stiff, but if you fiddle with them for a little bit they come right. The design of the lids is good. Clear mouthpiece lids also don't come in a box, but the silicone ones do.
